Our interns gain valuable insight into the world of commercial construction. Working alongside estimators, project managers, and other construction specialists, you will perform meaningful work to help ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Co-ops

Full-time position
Lasts 8 months (potential for gainful employment)
- Spring/Summer (January - August)
- Summer/Fall (May-Dec)
Located in Rolla, MO
No prior construction experience required

In our co-op program, you will be immersed in an 8-month course of work designed to prepare you for a career in the construction industry -- hopefully, with us. You will spend time in both the Preconstruction Team as well as the Construction Team -- giving you a thorough understanding of construction operations and equipping you for a successful career. This co-op offers the potential for gainful employment at its conclusion.
