FEASIBILITY & CONSTRUCTABILITY ANALYSIS
Is your vision buildable? We assess site conditions, structural requirements, logistics, and more to give you a reality check—before you commit.
CONCEPTUAL AND DETAILED BUDGETING
Get early-stage cost clarity. We prepare accurate budgets based on historical data, current market conditions, and multiple design scenarios.
DESIGN COORDINATION SUPPORT
We work directly with your architect and engineers to align design with budget—minimizing value-engineering surprises later.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULING
Understand your project's timeline before committing to construction. We build early schedules and critical path projections.
PERMIT & CODE NAVIGATION
We identify local code and permitting hurdles early—and guide your team through the right sequence to avoid costly delays.
BID PACKAGING & STRATEGY (FOR COMPETITIVE PROJECTS)
If needed, we’ll assist in developing bid scopes, packages, and strategies to help you go to market confidently with vetted numbers.

- Projects within 2 hours of our corporate headquarters in Rolla, Missouri.
Note: For hard-bid, fully-designed projects with no early involvement, this program may not be applicable. If in doubt, reach out! We'll see how we can help.
Is there a Cost?
Our goal is to build long-term relationships, not extract early fees. Depending on your project’s scale, timeline, and likelihood of moving to a negotiated construction with our firm, we may be able to offer services at no cost. In either case, we offer flexible engagement models:
- Letter of Intent (LOI) to negotiate construction pricing upon successful precon
- Low-cost fixed-fee precon packages for exploratory projects
- At-risk preconstruction where fees are credited back if Cahills is selected for the build
